πŸ”πŸ’Š Have you heard of Repeat Prescription Synchronisation? πŸ“…πŸ§Ύ

BMG patients , do you get fed up of going to your pharmacy to collect your repeat medications at different times of the month?
Do you wish all your tablets could be collected in one go?
Prescription synchronisation means making sure all your regular repeat medications run out at the same time, so you can order them together in one go πŸ™Œ

Right now, you might be:
⏰ Running out of different meds on different days
πŸƒ Making extra trips to the pharmacy
πŸ˜• Worrying about missing doses

✨ With synchronisation, we can:
βœ… Align the dates your tablets run out
βœ… Make prescription requests simpler & less stressful
βœ… Help you stay on track with your routine

πŸ‘‰ Head over to the online form complete clearly and accurately https://www.baymedicalgroup.co.uk/form-medication-synchronisation
⚠️ Please note: this is for tablets only – we cannot sync inhalers, creams, or eye drops.
πŸ‘‰Or call into surgery and complete our paper form
πŸ’‘ It’s a one-time check that makes your medication routine so much easier going forward!
