⏰Why do our clinicians sometimes run late? 🩺
BMG patients, we understand how frustrating and inconvenient it can be when your appointment is running behind schedule. We want to offer a little insight into why this can happen and ask for your understanding 🙏

Our clinical appointments are booked in 15-minute slots and within that short time they need to:
🗣️ Discuss with you your symptoms
💊 Explore any treatments
📋 Check medical history
💻 Record all this in your medical notes

As the day goes on, even small delays can build up. Here are a few common reasons:

1️⃣ Complex or distressed patients – Some appointments involve emotional discussions, serious diagnoses, or mental health crises 😢💔
2️⃣ Multiple problems – Sometimes patients bring up several issues or remember something important mid-consultation 📝
3️⃣ Emergency hospital admissions – If someone is seriously unwell, we may need to arrange a hospital admission immediately and ring for the paramedics🚑

⚠️ Please know that we can’t explain the reason for delays at the time — patient confidentiality is always a top priority.

We do our best to run on time, but when emergencies happen, we must give each patient the time and care they need. Just as we will with you ❤️

🙏 Thank you for your patience, kindness, and understanding.

💙

🌟 The Miracle Cure That’s 100% FREE! 🌟
BMG patients, have you heard about the miracle cure that can lower your risk of early death by 30%, has few side effects and is completely free? 🤔💡
🏃‍♂️ Exercise & Physical Activity! 🏋️‍♀️
Regular movement can help lower your risk of:
✔️ Heart disease & stroke ❤️
✔️ Type 2 diabetes 🍏
✔️ Bowel & breast cancer 🎗️
✔️ Osteoarthritis & hip fractures 🦴
✔️ Falls in older adults 👵
✔️ Depression & anxiety 🧠
✔️ Dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease 🧩
💬 It has been said by a GP that “If I could only prescribe one thing, it would be exercise.”
📢 Latest Research:
📰 The British Journal of Sports Medicine (2023) & BMJ (2024) confirm that physical activity is a key treatment for depression, anxiety, and psychological distress—helping people with mental health conditions, chronic illness, and the general population.
🚀 How much exercise is enough?
🏃 150 minutes per week of any movement is great!
📉 Avoid sitting too much—even small movement breaks make a difference.
⚡ Moderate intensity is best—if you can talk but not sing, you’re on the right track!
So, let’s get moving! Your body and mind will thank you. 💙💪
