Pay Rates

At Revolution you will be rewarded for your standard of work and duration of service.

0-3 Months of service £11:28 PH

3-12 Months of service £11:48 PH

12 months of service £11:74 PH

Bank Holiday Rate £15:50

Rates are reviewed and increased every year. Shifts

We have a variety of shifts to suit all availability:

Morning/Dinner Runs (6:30 AM to 2:30 PM + Alternative Weekends)
Tea/Bed Runs (2:30 PM to 10:30 PM + Alternative weekends)
Full Flex (mixture of both the above runs, more suited for full-time hours)
Set Working Days (choose what days you want to work + Alternative weekends)
4 Days On 4 Days Off (A great way to get full-time hours in just 4 days, full availability is required)
Continuity

At Revolution we want our carers to see the same clients every time they go out on shift, this does not only enhance the personal experience for the clients, but it also allows our carers to become more confident in calls and build an extensive understanding of what their client’s needs are.
