I called my business Serene Mind Solutions because that’s what I wanted for myself — a serene mind.

I wanted a name that actually meant something, because so much of my work is about the unconscious mind as that’s where the real shifts happen.

I know what it’s like to live with constant overthinking, to feel like your head never switches off, and to look like you’re coping on the outside while everything feels busy underneath.

That’s where Serene Mind came from.

And solutions… because this isn’t about talking in circles, it’s about real change.

The name isn’t just a name, it’s the outcome.
It’s what I help you create, that feeling of your mind being quieter and serene.

How do I facilitate change?

I often get asked, what do I do in alternative therapy sessions. The answer really depends on what the requirements of the needs of the client, as every session is tailored to the individual.

I have created a ‘toolkit’ of modalities (or techniques if you prefer), that I can access to support clients during each session. One of my go-to techniques is IEMT – Integral Eye Movement Therapy.

Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is a cutting-edge therapeutic approach rooted in neurology, psychology, and cognitive science principles. IEMT provides an innovative framework for addressing various emotional and behavioural challenges by focusing on the intricate interplay between eye movements and memory recall.

IEMT offers a structured method for exploring how memories and emotions are encoded in the mind. This therapy uses precise eye movement patterns to recalibrate maladaptive responses, allowing individuals to process distressing memories, alleviate negative emotions, and develop healthier mental frameworks.

Clients often describe feeling lighter after just one session—like something has finally shifted.

You might notice you:
