1️⃣ Choose what lifts your energy, whether that’s quiet time, gentle movement, or saying “yes” only where it feels aligned.
2️⃣ Create a moment of calm, go outside, feel the breeze, notice something beautiful and let your shoulders drop.
3️⃣ Speak to yourself like you would your best mate, kindly, honestly, with a little sparkle.
