There’s something magical about stepping away from routine. No alarms, no emails, no constant “what’s next?” running through your mind. Just space to be.
We laughed until our cheeks hurt, we talked about everything and nothing — the kind of conversations that leave you feeling lighter. Somewhere between the chatting, laughing and the countryside walks, my whole system seemed to exhale.
It reminded me just how healing joy and connection can be. Sometimes, it’s not about fixing, analysing, or pushing through — it’s about allowing yourself to feel safe enough to soften, to breathe and to laugh.
