It’s World Kindness Day, and I want to gently remind you that kindness isn’t just something we give to everyone else — it starts with how we speak to ourselves.

So many of the women I work with are endlessly kind to others, yet incredibly hard on themselves. They brush off their achievements, apologise for everything, and push through exhaustion because resting feels like a luxury.

Here’s the truth… The voice in your head shapes how you feel, and when that voice softens, you soften too.

When we reset those old patterns — the ones that keep you stuck in self-criticism — something shifts. You breathe a little easier, feel a little lighter and you start treating yourself with the same warmth you offer everyone else.

What if your mind was your biggest cheerleader instead of your loudest critic?

How different would life feel if your inner voice actually lifted you up, instead of knocking you down?

“I felt safe enough to be vulnerable.”

That line always lands deeply for me, because that’s what this work is really about — creating a space where you can finally let go. Where emotions you’ve held onto for years can gently surface, be released, and leave you feeling lighter.

A weekend away with friends — laughter, late nights, countryside walks and a cottage full of chatter. Just what the soul needed 💛

There’s something magical about stepping away from routine. No alarms, no emails, no constant “what’s next?” running through your mind. Just space to be.

We laughed until our cheeks hurt, we talked about everything and nothing — the kind of conversations that leave you feeling lighter. Somewhere between the chatting, laughing and the countryside walks, my whole system seemed to exhale.

It reminded me just how healing joy and connection can be. Sometimes, it’s not about fixing, analysing, or pushing through — it’s about allowing yourself to feel safe enough to soften, to breathe and to laugh.

That’s exactly what I help women find through my work — that sense of calm confidence and inner ease that lets you reconnect with you.

You don’t need to escape for a weekend to feel that. You can create it right where you are, through resetting the mind, releasing old emotional patterns, and realigning your energy.

Sundays can be about pausing and asking yourself…

Instead of “what do I need to do this week?” try asking “who do I want to be this week?”

Do you want to be calmer? Braver? Kinder to yourself? More focused?

When you shift from doing to being, the to-do list suddenly feels lighter—because it’s guided by how you want to show up.

So today, give yourself a few minutes to set your to-be list for the week ahead. Write it down and or, speak it out loud. Are you heading into this week on autopilot… or are you showing up as the version of you who knows what she wants?

This little shift can change everything.

Get Outside – Your Mind Will Thank You

When was the last time you just… stepped outside without a plan? No phone, no to-do list, no guilt for not being productive.
