Navigating the complex world of health and social care can be challenging. That’s where our award-winning Family Link Team steps in, offering guidance, advocacy, moral support, and someone families can talk to.

We are the only hospice that assigns a dedicated Family Link worker to each family from the moment of referral. Our team takes care of the ‘thinking’ and the ‘doing,’ so families can focus on the ‘being’ and the ‘feeling.’

We’re so proud to celebrate Montell, one of the young people we support at Noah’s Ark, for being awarded a Jack Petchey Achievement Award. 🏆

The Jack Petchey Foundation Awards recognise young people who have gone above and beyond to achieve their goals, whether it be through academic excellence, personal triumphs, or team efforts. Nominated by their peers, the awards celebrate those who inspire the people around them - and Montell is a shining example.

Jo, Family Link Team Manager, said:
“Childhood is so short and precious. During this time, schools make such an imprint on a child’s life. Montell is an inspirational child, who overcomes the obstacles he faces with such spirit and lightens a room with his smile. I am delighted that he has been recognised for the qualities he embodies by his peers and those who know him”.

It’s not just children who grow up to make a difference at Noah’s Ark - sometimes, it’s our four-legged friends too. ❤️

This National Puppy Day, we’re celebrating one very special pup who’s done exactly that. Meet Godfrey, a 10-year-old border collie and proud volunteer with Therapy Dogs Nationwide. Alongside his owner, Pam, Godfrey regularly visits The Ark, offering comfort, calm, and companionship to children and families, both in one-to-one sessions and group settings.

With his gentle nature and reassuring presence, Godfrey has become a much-loved member of the Noah’s Ark team.

We had a lovely morning with our Parents and Carers Group, learning the art of flower arranging.🌼💐

Everyone got hands-on creating beautiful bouquets that really let their creativity flourish.

At Noah’s Ark, we support the whole family, not just the child who’s seriously unwell. It’s so important for parents and carers to take a break to unwind, have some fun, and enjoy moments like this.

A big thank you to everyone who joined in and made the morning so enjoyable.

We’re incredibly proud to share that our 2025 campaign film, 'From That Moment,' has been shortlisted for Most Emotional Impact at the Brand Film Awards.

Every family we support is unique, but they all remember the moment when everything changed. From that moment, Noah’s Ark is there, offering care, understanding, and support for the whole family.

In the film, three families courageously shared their stories of how Noah’s Ark provided comfort, connection, and care when it was needed most.

Thinking of all mothers this Mother’s Day. ❤️

Mother’s Day is a time to celebrate love, but we know it can also be a difficult day for many. If you have experienced pregnancy loss, the death of a child, or the absence of a loved one, today may bring a mix of emotions.

This Mother’s Day, we are taking time to remember all the ways motherhood exists - whether it is cherished in memories, carried in the heart, or lived every day.
