🔹Leeds Abbey Dash 10k🔹

What a weekend!

I decided last minute to run Leeds Abbey Dash 10k to pace a sub 50 for (My plan not hers).

Ended up dragging in too after 12 weeks out and building everything back up after injury.

And all I can say is they both absolutely smashed their previous PBs and both got the sub 50 10k.

Absolutely love being able to push and support friends / clients and seeing them achieve more than they thought was possible 📈🚀.

Also Huge shout out to everyone that completed Hyrox Madrid and Blackburn 10k this weekend.... PBs being smashed everywhere. You all know who you are and should be so proud of what you are achieving. 💪

1. Master the art of Movement Efficiency - This will significantly help with injury prevention 🏋️‍♂️

2. A good Balance of Conditioning - Make sure you have a good mix of runs (Long / Tempo / Threshold). But DON'T neglect the strength, stability and plyometric work 💪

3. Train for Transitions - Make sure you can maintain pace when moving from runs to stations and back again. For doubles make sure you have a race strategy 🏃‍♂️
