❓️Do you know that you don’t have to book a massage with me to get better or maintain your health. I can give you advice online or you can book online massage tutorial with me live via Zoom. I have some recorded treatments that I can share with you like a back massage routine, reflexology, Indian Head massage and others.
I do work with kids, adults and elderly. The principles are the same and you can apply them to anyone. Just the dosage of the essential oil ratio in different, so is the pressure.

If any of you is in need of a healing treatment this season, get in touch, even if you live on the other side of the world.

🌈 A sharing from a happy client:
'Hello, I have two sons — one is eleven years old, and the other is four. During the summer, one day the little one developed a cough that sounded as if he was getting bronchitis. I was quite puzzled because he hadn’t shown any symptoms beforehand that he was getting sick. Around the same time, Radka was on holiday with her family, and when she heard how he was coughing, she offered to give him a healing massage with essential oils!
The massage is done with honey, ginger essential oil, and lemon essential oil. It’s applied on the back, the chest, and the feet. The next morning, I was amazed by the effect — there was no trace of the deep cough he had the day before! I couldn’t believe he got better overnight. I was very pleased with Radka and the massage she did — she saved us from having to use antibiotics in this case!
Now I use this method myself whenever I notice that one of my sons is starting to get sick. Everything disappears right away, and by the next day, my children are healthy again! I am so grateful to Radka for teaching me how to heal my children overnight!'

Pumpkin Coconut Bliss Bites

Mood: quick, no-bake energy treat

How to make:

Blend together dates, nuts (any type), coconut meat, and melted chocolate or cacao powder.

If too dry, add a spoon of coconut yoghurt to bind.

Roll into small balls and coat with extra coconut flour.

Chill in the fridge.

✨ Result: rich truffle-like bites with a hint of coconut — grounding and satisfying.

My favourite dessert is Pumpkin Baklava. It is made with filo pastry and you can either roll each sheet with filling of grated pumpkin, walnuts, cinnamon and a spoon of coconut sugar or lay a sheet and then filling, then another sheet ..up to the top. Once it's baked and cool you make a hot syrup of 2 glasses of water with one glass of sugar. Usually it is one to one as a quantity but we eat less sweet. So I did 3 x water and 1x sugar.

Bone appetite 😋

Here’s a simple and nurturing way you can do it:

🌅 Morning (Empty Stomach)

* Eat 2–3 tablespoons of raw pumpkin seeds (whole or peeled).
* Follow with a warm drink: lemon water, or warm water with apple cider vinegar.
* Wait 30–60 minutes before breakfast.

🥗 Midday Meal

* Keep meals light and plant-based: soups, vegetables, quinoa, and herbal teas.
* Avoid sugar, bread, dairy, or processed foods — parasites thrive on those.

🌜 Evening

* Take another small handful of pumpkin seeds after dinner.
* Optionally, 1 teaspoon of pumpkin seed oil for liver support.
* Before bed: drink warm chamomile or fennel tea to calm digestion.

💧 Extra Support:

* Stay hydrated — at least 2 liters of water/herbal tea daily.

Ancient Pumpkin Seed Secret 🌿

Pumpkin seeds have been used for centuries in traditional medicine (including Ayurveda, Chinese, and folk healing) as a natural remedy against intestinal worms and parasites — and modern science supports this use too.

Here’s how it works 👇

🧬 1. Natural Anti-Parasitic Compound

Pumpkin seeds contain a special amino acid called cucurbitacin, which:

🪄 Paralyzes intestinal worms, making it harder for them to cling to the intestinal walls.
Helps the body expel them naturally through bowel movements.
