We are seeking an experienced Support Worker with a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle to join our dedicated team. This role involves providing person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them live as independently and comfortably as possible.

Requirements:
✅ Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
✅ Previous experience with PEG feeding (with certificate of completion)
✅ A caring, patient and professional attitude
✅ Excellent communication and reliability
✅ Flexibility to work varied shifts

Job Title: In-House Trainer – Domiciliary Care

Location: Barnsley s75

Hours: Part time

The In-House Trainer will be responsible for the planning, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality training and development programmes for all domiciliary care staff. The role ensures that all care staff are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care in line with company policies, CQC standards, and legislative requirements. We are seeking an individual who is confident and willing to learn new skills. The candidate must hold a Level 3 NVQ and have at least 2 years experience within the Health and Social Care industry.

This is a great position for progression, constantly learning new skills and knowledge.
