Senior Healthy Peer Relationship Practitioner Kirsty, a familiar face in our schools across the borough, has been in Outwood Academy Shafton this week delivering assemblies to all year groups around healthy peer relationships. Students were given the chance to think about their peer relationships, think about their own boundaries and how they respect others, and reflected on how the people we spend time with can potentially influence our behaviour, the way we think and even the way we see ourselves.
All students were very welcoming and respectful as always.
๐ฃWith a reach of over a 1,000 young people, Kirsty has successfully sparked meaningful discussion and encouraged vital reflection for many students around peer relationships.๐ฃ๐ฅฐ
