Lisa, one of our wonderful Well-being Practitioners has shared some of her work from a 1:1 session exploring anger with a young person.
The Anger Iceberg supports understanding of how different emotions can fuel the young person's anger.
The My Anger body map helps the young person to explore how their body feels when they get angry, to enable them to recognise the signs. ๐Ÿซถ

This week, our Assistant Educational Mental Health Practitioners Emily and Jo, sent out their first 'Peer Wellbeing Champion' newsletter to participating schools in Barnsley.
The newsletter has been created with a view to showcasing some of the incredible work being undertaken by the Wellbeing Champions who have completed our Compass Be training, and to connect and inspire schools on the same journey.
These young people are embedding well being into the school day, consistently promoting healthy lifestyle and ways to deal with worry and stress.

Weโ€™re excited to welcome children in Years 3โ€“5 to our Kendray Kids Klub โ€” a fun, safe, and encouraging space where children can grow and make friends.

Each session is packed with:
๐ŸŽจ Games and creative activities
๐Ÿค Friendship, laughter, and lots of fun

Our aim is to support children as they build confidence, kindness, and faith in a relaxed and joyful environment. Everyone is welcome, and weโ€™d love to see new faces!
