Just a quick one from me as I've been very quiet over Christmas, I've been away from work and it's been wonderful to relax and reset.

Wishing everyone a very happy New year ❤️

As we move into 2026 I'll be doing it gently, no great changes, no resolutions and continuing to let what will be, be. Just to remind everyone that getting up and showing up everyday is more than enough, life is hard, so try and not make it harder on yourself......and above all else, do everything with love, kindness and an open heart.... There is no room for hate ✌️

People don’t always realise this, but there’s a huge difference between someone sticking needles in you and a trained acupuncturist providing real acupuncture.

Becoming a licensed acupuncturist takes 3 years of full-time study, hundreds of hours of clinical training, and rigorous certification exams. We study anatomy, physiology, pathology, and traditional Chinese medicine to ensure treatments are safe, effective, and personalised.

Anyone can claim they “do acupuncture,” but if you want true, professional care, always choose a certified acupuncturist. Make sure they have the correct accreditation with the local authority for piercing skin, as well as being accredited with a authority, such as AAC (Association of Acupuncture Clinicians), like I am! Your health and safety are worth it. 💛

I work with lots of couples facing infertility and often times needing to look down the route of IVF, as part of their role within South Yorkshire, the ICB are currently looking at funding and options offered, this form is for anyone to register their opinion on what might happen, it's looking like there might be a change in number of rounds offered, which makes it even harder for some people and might take away the dream of a pregnancy and family totally.
