Good morning everyone,

Just wanted to pop on and give you an idea of what to expect when you come for a treatment.

All massages are bespoke to your specific needs, I like to mix it up a bit by using techniques from aromatherapy, Swedish and sports routines.

I don’t like hurting people but if you need a deeper massage I will get right in there..elbow deep if required… but then finish with a gentle touch.

I want you to feel as relaxed as possible when you leave because a calm nervous system is a happy nervous system.

Never had a massage?
If you’ve never had a massage before it can be a little bit daunting… you don’t need to get naked, you don’t even need to take your socks off if it makes you uncomfortable… I work to your comfort level.

Not sure what to have?
The wellness subscription is a perfect start, you get to choose 3 options from the list, take all at once or spread through the month.

Ongoing health issues?
I’ll get you in for a FREE consultation and we can have a look what’s going on and see if I can help.
I am now taking referrals from Workwell, if you are struggling with a health issue which is limiting your work then you may be entitled to funding up to £200.

Bespoke massage using techniques from aromatherapy, Swedish and sports massage, working on those niggly areas but leaving you relaxed and rejuvenated.
£25 for 30 mins
£40 for 1 hour

Dumpling massage
Massage with warm herbal compresses to relieve tired and aching muscles.
£48 for 1 hour

Head chill aroma
Intermittent reiki with aromatherapy holistic facial and head massage, allowing yourself to chill the old noggin with minimal input from me… I’m just providing the tools to unlock your hidden calm.
£32 for 50 mins
