Teaches Hatha Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Dynamic flowing Yoga and fitness Pilates
Have also trained in Pranayama (breathing), Meditation, Mindfulness, Teaching yoga for CFS and ME, Yoga for people with Cancer or living with Cancer, Yoga for sports, yoga nidra, online Pilates certificate. I teach group sessions
private sessions either at your home or at home
I also create lesson plans to suit your needs and requirements for sports or any special needs.

OCTOBER EVENT YOGA AND GONG SESSION NOW OPEN FOR BOOKINGS
an hours relaxing yoga class
Followed by a relaxing sound bath
Finishing with coffee and homemade cakes

in October we have our next workshop the yoga and gong session. I will be taking the Yoga session and then Jan will be joining us again this year to take us through the gong bath
This is a nice relaxing session and we will finish with coffee and homemade cakes to make sure we have come round especially if your driving
