We’re excited to let you know that our Support Hub group sessions will be back from March.
These sessions offer a safe, supportive space to connect with others, share experiences, and build helpful tools for wellbeing. We can’t wait to welcome you back.
What to expect:

A relaxed, friendly environment

Peer support and shared experiences
Sessions led by our Peer Support Worker
