Barnsley Carers & Loved Ones Cancer Support Group is a social & peer support group for all carers, loved ones, relatives, and friends of those living with cancer, and affected by cancer. The group is also open to those who have lost somebody to cancer too.

"As the nights draw in and the weather turns colder, many of us start to feel the effects. Lower mood, tiredness, or just that “winter slump.” For some, this time of year can be especially hard, facing family illness (including cancer), loss, or missing loved ones at Christmas.
We want people to know that they are not alone. Our community is here to support one another through the darker months. Together, we can share thoughts, feelings, and kindness, and remind each other that there’s warmth even in the coldest season.
