💐❤️ Celebrating 48 Wonderful Years ❤️💐

Today at Royal Court Care Home, we are delighted to celebrate a truly special milestone — Janette and Steve’s 48th Wedding Anniversary!

Steve made the day extra special by bringing Janette a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a heartfelt card 💌💐 Such a lovely gesture after 48 years of love and commitment.

Janette was also thrilled to enjoy visits from her family, making the celebration even more meaningful and full of smiles.

Happy Anniversary, Janette and Steve! 💖 Thank you for sharing your wonderful love story with us all. Here’s to many more cherished moments together. 🥂✨

This morning at Royal Court Care Home was full of smiles, sprinkles, and sweet treats! 🧁✨

Our wonderful residents had a fantastic time decorating buns alongside local college students and our amazing Activity Coordinator. From colourful icing to plenty of creative toppings, everyone got stuck in and showed off their artistic flair!

It was such a joy to see different generations coming together, sharing stories, laughter, and a love of baking. Thank you to the students for bringing so much enthusiasm and energy to the morning 💛

What a wonderful morning we’ve had at Royal Court Care Home! 🌟

Today we hosted a very special Toddler Morning, welcoming local childminders and their little ones into our home. The room was filled with energy as everyone joined in with a variety of fun activities, including ball games, interactive play, and shared laughter all around.

It was truly heartwarming to see our residents getting involved, cheering on the toddlers, joining in the games, and sharing so many smiles. The joy on everyone’s faces said it all — moments like these really highlight the magic of bringing generations together. 💛

A huge thank you to the childminders and children who came along and made the morning so special. We can’t wait to welcome you back again soon!

It’s Fresh Fruit Friday at Royal Court Care Home! 🍎🍌🍇

Today our residents enjoyed a colourful selection of fresh, juicy fruits – the perfect way to stay refreshed, hydrated and feeling good. From sweet strawberries to crisp apples and tasty bananas, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

Fresh Fruit Friday is a great opportunity to encourage healthy choices while also making snack time a little more special. There were plenty of smiles around the table as residents chatted and shared their favourites!

We’ve had a wonderfully creative afternoon at Royal Court Care Home! 🎨🐣

Our talented residents enjoyed painting beautiful Easter decorations, filling the room with colour, laughter and plenty of artistic flair. It was lovely to see everyone expressing their creativity and getting into the spring spirit.

A big thank you to the two fantastic college students who joined us and supported the session, along with our amazing Activity Co-ordinator who helped bring it all together. Intergenerational activities like these are so special – sharing stories, skills and smiles across the generations truly brightens everyone’s day.

Well done to all our residents for their wonderful creations – we think they look egg-cellent! 🐰🌷

🌸🐣 Easter Activities with Our Residents 🐣🌸

Our residents have been getting into the Easter spirit with some lovely creative activities – and we were delighted to be joined by a wonderful college student who got fully involved in the fun!

Together, we enjoyed a relaxing afternoon of Easter colouring, bringing beautiful spring pictures to life with bright and cheerful colours. 🎨✨

Residents also had great fun with flower making, creating gorgeous handmade blooms that have added a lovely splash of spring around our home. 🌼🌷

It was heartwarming to see different generations working side by side, sharing stories, laughter, and creativity. A big thank you to our college student for joining us and making the afternoon even more special! 💛
