Just a little reminder about my illness policy and treatments. It is much safer for you to rearrange your appointment when ill than have a treatment that could make you significantly more poorly.
Moreover, when I am ill I have to rearrange potentially days worth of clients and lose my income during that time.

If you are unsure if you should come in for a treatment when unwell please do get in touch first.

Just a little reminder about my new payment policy and cancellation announcements.
Many of you haven’t seen the announcement and so haven’t brought cash in. In the last week alone I am still owed for over a full days worth of income!

I apologise for the inconvenience this will cause for some of you having to get to a cash machine during a busy schedule. If you are struggling to get cash please contact me in advance of your appointment to rearrange.

Snow is forecast over the next couple of days again so Ralphie and I are keeping a close eye on what’s happening. I don’t anticipate any disruptions to today’s appointments but it may impact those on Friday.

I will contact you individually if I need to rearrange your appointment but also please only travel to your appointments if it is safe to do so. We can always rearrange if needs be.

I offer a £5 refer a friend discount and block booking packages.

My clients range from high level athletes right through to nursing mothers, office workers, retirees and people living with a stoma, MND and MS.
