Good morning, dear friends, I trust you have found moments of peace in recent days, surrounded by the warmth of family and the blessing of loved ones, who are ever close both in heart and in spirit.

Though Christmas Day has now passed, my heart has continued to reflect on its deeper meaning. It brings to mind A Christmas Carol and the journey of Ebenezer Scrooge once hardened, closed off, and lost in bitterness, yet awakened through the visitations of Jacob Marley and the three great spirits of Christmas Past, Present, and Future.

Through these encounters, his eyes are opened to profound truths about life, love, and compassion.

The past, dear friends, is a tapestry we cannot change, yet one we must honour for the lessons it has given us. From the experiences of yesterday comes the wisdom of today. While we cannot rewrite what has been, we are always free to choose how it shapes who we become and how we walk forward.

The Spirit of Christmas Present teaches us that the way we live, the kindness we offer, and the love we share ripple outward in ways we may never fully see. Every action, no matter how small, carries an energy that touches another soul.

Each person we meet reflects something sacred, and in them we often catch a glimpse of our own hearts. As we move forward, let us remember that the future is not determined by the actions or opinions of others, but by the light we choose to kindle within ourselves.

Love, peace, and compassion are the greatest gifts we possess, and no darkness can ever extinguish their flame.

So often we are guided by expectation how we should act, how we should feel, what the world believes we should be. Yet in the stillness of the soul, we remember that we are the guardians of our own light. It is not the world that defines us, but how faithfully we walk in love and truth.

I invite you, just for a moment, to pause. Breathe. Listen to the music of your heart the gentle melody of peace, hope, and love. Let it guide you softly toward a brighter day and the quiet knowing that all is well.

Friends,

Sometimes we revisit the same inner story, it’s like reading the snow man every year. Not because we are lost, but because the soul is asking to be heard again. In the stillness of repetition, we search for clarity, for peace, for a sense of steadiness that helps us move through the weight of daily life. Whist remaining strong and perhaps even positive.

Not every challenge is meant to be resolved like a fairy tale. Some moments exist simply to teach us presence. We often struggle because we try to carry the past forward while standing in the now. Tomorrow is uncertain not out of fear or tragedy, but because life gently reminds us that this moment is where our power lives.

Living fully in the present allows the truest part of us to surface. It is where authenticity breathes. Care for others with compassion, but do not abandon yourself in the process. Your spirit matters too. It keeps your light shining in the most darkest moments.

So just for tonight… Pause. Regather. Let go of what no longer serves you. When you stand in your truth, you become a light—not loud, not forced, but steady. Those who are ready will see it.
