Throughout 2026, Claire, our Community Connector for Sport, will offer opportunities every month to take part in activities that work for you, whatever your circumstances. Why not try a new approach to exercise?

💛 No pressure. Free session. In your own community. 💛

Claire will meet you either outside your home or at a nearby community venue for a one-to-one walk/wheels. You choose the distance, move at your own pace in your own community, and have a chat at the same time. If you enjoy a taster session, you might consider trying some of the other activities available boroughwide.
