📢 IMPORTANT UPDATE — Time for a Reset.

I won't be taking anymore bookings for Personal Training.

I’m taking a break from Personal Training for a while — not because I’m giving up, but because I want to come back better than ever.
Over time I’ve realised the direction I want to take my coaching is changing. When I return, my focus will be on helping men rebuild their strength, confidence, discipline, and overall life. That’s the work that fires me up, and that’s where I know I can create the biggest impact.
To make that happen, I need this pause. I want to rebuild everything properly — my systems, my approach, my programmes, my support. No half-measures. No coasting. A full upgrade.
To everyone I’ve coached so far: thank you. Seriously. I’m proud of what you’ve achieved and grateful for your trust.
I’m not disappearing — I’m rebuilding behind the scenes.
And when I come back, it’ll be with a clearer mission and a stronger purpose.
Big things ahead. 💪

So many people want the result without realizing what it really takes to get it

Whether you want to…
..get stronger
..get leaner
..move easier
..perform better in sport
..perform better in life
..recover from pain/injury
..and so on

Your lifestyle needs to facilitate whatever it is that you want to achieve

And if it doesn’t, you’re not going to reach your goal

It’s a hard pill to swallow

But the sooner you realize this

The sooner you can decide how important your goal truly is to you

Is it worth changing your lifestyle to achieve?

If it is, stop complaining that you haven’t achieved it until you’ve made every effort to structure your life in a way that makes it possible

But if it’s not, that’s fine

It’s okay to admit that and be at peace with it

Like I said: “If your lifestyle doesn't match your goal, one of them has to change”

Coming to this realization is actually freeing because…

…it allows you to either fully commit to the process and recognize that it IS, in fact, possible to achieve the result you want…

…or it allows you to let go of the frustration of not achieving something that you thought you wanted but didn’t realize what it takes to actually achieve

So be honest with yourself

Choose if it’s worth fully committing or not

But don’t stay stuck in the in-between
