The Holistic & Healing side of The Retreat will always have a special place in my heart 🫶🏻✨🙏

As someone who has walked the path of stress , harmful relationships, anxiety & depression & emotional ups & downs , I deeply understand how it feels to be lost stuck & without hope

Everything changed for me when I found Reiki Healing & it might sound cliche / cheesy / crazy

I began to find peace , clarity , & life felt lighter more joyful & to this day ( well most days 😆 I float along in my happy little bubble 🫧 )
