🍁A New Chapter🍁
It’s been a while since I’ve posted on here and over these past months, I’ve been on my own journey of listening, learning, and healing.
Many of you know me for my work in cryotherapy — helping people manage pain, injury recovery, fibromyalgia, menopause symptoms, and more.
That work has always been about helping people find relief, but over time, I started to notice something deeper. I saw how often pain, fatigue, and burnout were linked not just to the body… but to the mind, emotions, and nervous system.
For a long time, I wanted to explore that connection more fully, to understand how our experiences, stress, and even trauma can shape how we feel pain. But I didn’t yet have the tools……Then life gave me the opportunity to learn in the most personal way.
Over the past two years, I’ve been navigating my own story of chronic fatigue and burnout, which I now understand more clearly after being diagnosed as autistic and ADHD.
This insight changed everything….not only how I care for myself, but how I see healing. It deepened my empathy and gave me new language for what so many of my clients experience when their bodies feel overwhelmed.
During this time, I’ve been training and integrating new modalities that bring together both science and soul:
🪷 Meditation teaching — for calming the nervous system and tuning into the body’s wisdom.
🎶 Sound healing — for vibrational and energetic release.
✋ Reiki — for gentle energetic alignment and balance.
These now complement my existing background in sports massage, anatomy, physiology, and injury treatment, allowing me to support both the physical and emotional layers of pain.
I’ve also been studying neuroplastic pain and pain reprocessing, which explore how the brain can change the way we experience pain and how awareness and compassion can be powerful tools for healing.
All of this learning, reflection, and growth has led to a new chapter…..Mind and Body in Motion.
I’ll still be supporting people who live with pain, but with a broader, more holistic approach — combining bodywork, mindfulness, and nervous system healing to help people reconnect with themselves and live with greater ease.
This is the direction my heart and my experience has been guiding me toward.
In 2026, I’ll be launching Renewed You — A 3-Month Journey to Healing and Balance, an in-person program designed for women living with chronic pain and burnout.
It’s the culmination of everything I’ve learned — a space for deep listening, gentle movement, emotional release, and reconnection.
Over the next few months, I’ll be sharing more about the mind-body connection, burnout, and the subtle ways our bodies speak when words fall short.

This next chapter feels like coming home 💖
