“It’s not that painful… it’s just always there.”
That constant ache.
The one you’ve learned to live with.
Neck feels tight every morning.
Lower back stiff getting out of the car.
Hips that don’t feel right when you walk upstairs.
You stretch, it eases, but then it’s back again.
That’s not random, that’s restriction.
I see it all the time here in Barnsley
Desk jobs, railway shifts, gym sessions squeezed in when you can, carers/social worker, teaching assistants, personal trainers, lorry/taxi drivers, hairdresser, tattooists....
You’re not broken.
You’re overworked.
How long have you been putting up with it?
