Vitamin C for Skin 🍊✨

If there’s one product I’d recommend for almost everyone… it’s Vitamin C.

Here’s why it deserves a place in your routine:

• Brightens dull skin ✨
Helps even out skin tone and restore that healthy, radiant glow.

• Boosts collagen production 💉
Supports firmer, plumper skin and helps soften fine lines over time.

• Protects against environmental damage 🌿
Acts as an antioxidant, defending your skin from pollution and daily stressors.

• Fades pigmentation ☀️
Helps reduce dark spots and sun damage for a more even complexion.

• Enhances your SPF 🧴
Works alongside your sunscreen to give added protection against UV damage.

Consistency is key with Vitamin C… it’s not overnight magic, but with the right formula, the results speak for themselves 🤍

Not sure which Vitamin C is right for your skin? Message me and I’ll guide you ✨

Chemical Peel Aftercare 🤍

Your results don’t just come from the treatment… they come from how you care for your skin after ✨

Here are my non-negotiables post-peel:

• Change your pillowcase 🛏️
Fresh, clean fabric helps prevent bacteria and irritation while your skin is more sensitive.

• Avoid makeup 🚫
Give your skin time to heal and breathe—no makeup for at least 24–48 hours.

• SPF is essential ☀️
Your skin will be more vulnerable to sun damage, so daily SPF is a must (even if it’s cloudy).

• Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate 💧
Inside and out—drink plenty of water and keep your skin nourished with gentle, hydrating products.

Treat your skin kindly and you’ll maximise your glow and results ✨
Any questions about aftercare? I’m always here to help 🤍

Keeping it natural makes

14/04/2026

When the glow is this good ✨

Using a combination of medical-grade radio frequency, chemical peels, and prescription toxin, we’ve taken years off this client—while keeping results natural, fresh, and completely undetectable.

No overdone looks. No harsh changes. Just healthy, radiant skin and confidence that speaks for itself.

If natural results are your goal, then I’m your nurse 💉

Facts you may not know about me…

✨ I’m currently in the FINAL for Miss British Isles National Title
✨ I’ve been a nurse for over 22 years
✨ I stepped into aesthetics 10 years ago – and never looked back
✨ I started modelling at 40… completely by accident!
✨ I own my own skincare brand
✨ My favourite food? Cake, always 🎂
✨ My go-to drink is a decaf tea
✨ Shoulder day is my favourite at the gym
✨ And yes… I spend way too much on clothes 🤣

A mix of discipline, passion, and a little bit of chaos… but I wouldn’t have it any other way 💫

Not all microneedling creates collagen — and it definitely doesn’t at every depth.
Depth isn’t just a number. It determines the biological response you trigger within the skin.

✨ 0.25 mm
Epidermal level.
At this depth, you’re creating microchannels that enhance product absorption and hydration.
Think glow, improved skin function, and subtle collagen signalling via keratinocytes.

⚡ 0.75 mm
Now you’re reaching the papillary dermis.
This is where cell signalling becomes more active — fibroblasts are stimulated, skin texture improves, and pores appear more refined.
Results are visible, with minimal downtime.

🔥 1.5 mm
This is where collagen stimulation becomes clinically significant.
You’re working within the dermis — activating fibroblasts, matrix signalling, and structural protein production.
This is where true skin remodelling begins.

🧩 2.0–2.5 mm
Deep reticular dermis.
Reserved for advanced structural remodelling — deeper scars, stretch marks, and long-standing tissue damage.
With this depth comes increased risk: vascular injury, PIH, and fibrosis if performed incorrectly.

💡 The biggest misconception?
That deeper always means better.
It doesn’t.
It means different biology, different outcomes, and a greater level of clinical responsibility.

Save this if you want to understand microneedling beyond trends — and start working with the skin, not against it.
