Self Care Sunday followed by the Fox Poo Challenge 🦊💩🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
It would be easy to focus on the negatives of the morning (stench everywhere, twinge in back, mopping the floor - again 🧼🪣) but lovely moments did still happen.
Once I've finished clearing up I hope to remember the sea, catching waves with my lovely friend, gorgeous hot shower, tasty breakfast, walking amongst trees with my daughter, birds eating crumbs from the table and the beautiful scenery. 🌊🚿🥐🍓🌳🌲🐦🌿
I may even make up with the 🐕. After a cuppa perhaps 🤔😁

Life can feel like this sometimes and often we can laugh it off, but if the smoke keeps lingering we can feel like we are alone - we can't see past it.
If it's no longer funny it may be time to reach out 💚.

Early morning sea swims, dog walks and generally bathing in nature are my self-care go-to options. Prioritising these can feel difficult, but not as hard as life without them.
