Remove & Replace Strategy💫

For me nourishment is not about striving for perfection, and putting huge amounts of pressure on myself to eat 100% healthy food during this season - as that results in increased cortisol levels too!

What you eat during menopause can make such a difference to how you feel each day.

Nourishing your body with balanced, whole foods helps steady your hormones, support your energy, and ease common symptoms like hot flushes, mood changes, and disrupted sleep.

Including plenty of protein, healthy fats, fibre, and colourful plants helps keep your blood sugar stable and supports your nervous system, giving your body the foundation it needs through this transition. Small, consistent choices really do add up, and your body will feel the benefits.

Just a little reminder from me. Nothing is changing with the current timetable for the rest of the year and all of your mat Pilates classes are staying exactly as they are.

I know some people have seen the reformer updates and wondered if mat Pilates is being replaced, but it isn’t. Reformer will be an exciting addition in 2026, not a replacement.

For now, your mat classes are running as normal and I am here to support you every step of the way.

Back and hip discomfort is so common, especially when life gets busy and movement slips down the list. Pilates can make such a difference by strengthening the deep core muscles, improving hip stability and releasing tension through the lower back.

I love hearing stories like this because it shows how quickly the body responds when we give it the right kind of support. Even one session can help you move with more ease and feel more comfortable in your day.

As we move through midlife, the way we nourish ourselves starts to matter more than ever. Our hormones shift, our energy changes and our bodies need a little extra support to feel strong and well.

I’ve learned that simple, consistent nutrition habits can make such a difference to mood, sleep, muscle tone and overall vitality. It’s not about restriction. It’s about giving your body what it truly needs.

I love seeing how Pilates can truly change how women feel in their bodies💛

Lesley joined me a few months ago after a friend recommended my classes. She’d been struggling with back and shoulder discomfort, and now she says she’s feeling better than ever. In her own words:
