Renew & Reform Pop-Up Sessions✨

I’m so excited to invite you into the studio for two special pop-up sessions where you can try the reformers with me before classes officially launch in 2026.

📅 Saturday 20th December | 12–2pm
📅 Tuesday 30th December | 5–7pm
📍 Pilates TLC Studio, Yelland

These sessions are all about giving you a feel for the reformers in a calm, supportive space. I’ll be working with small groups so you can move safely, build confidence, and enjoy a full-body workout that’s suitable for all levels - injuries or not.

To make it extra festive, there’ll be mulled wine and mince pies waiting for you after your session✨

Nourishing your body with balanced, whole foods helps steady your hormones, support your energy, and ease common symptoms like hot flushes, mood changes, and disrupted sleep.
