Never underestimate the power of your own intuition. When you have a gut reaction to something, take note. A lot of the time it will just be 'nerves', for when you are trying to move outside your comfort zone, but sometimes it will be your Guardian Angel just giving you a little nudge, as if to say, "Are you really sure about this?" 😇

Every day is an opportunity to let your creativity flow. Do something you love, just for the sake of it, and lose yourself in the process. When you are in the flow it is almost like being in a meditative state, and it's extremely good for your wellbeing. If you don't already, then give it a go and feel the benefits for yourself.

As much as we would love to be able to give 100% all the time it just isn't possible. You have to set boundaries for yourself or you will become overwhelmed, completely depleted and no good to anyone. Be discerning in what you take on, know your limitations and work within them. In that way you can be of more use to the people who need your help the most.

We have to use our judgement to help us make the choices that carry us through our lives, but I prefer to think of this as discernment. Subtly weighing up the best decision to make for ourselves at that moment in time.
In my mind, judgement is the rigid black and white decision you make against others and their situation. Remember, in truth, we ever only have sovereignty over ourselves, not others.

So, here we are at the start of another New Year!! Like many others, I've made many New Year's resolutions that never come to fruition. This year, instead of setting out ideas for self improvement, I'm going to ask, "What can I do for others in 2026?"I have tried to spread positivity in a world that seems more prone to crushing people's spirit, including mine! However, just because something proves challenging, doesn't mean we should quit trying right? So fellow travellers, let's keep on keeping on 🙏❤️
