We have 2 weekend Community Care Worker vacancies available in South Molton/Newport which may be the perfect position for you!

This will be for every weekend and the option to pick up additional shifts though the week also.

Previous experience is preferred but not essential as you will sit a 2 week induction program and learn all the skills and knowledge you need to know

The successful candidates must hold a driving licence and have access to their own vehicle

We have two (full time) exciting job opportunities come up where you will be responsible to look after our most vulnerable and complex clients in Barnstaple.

The ideal candidates will have at least 1 year experience caring for vulnerable adults

Predominantly these positions will be double handed so you will be working along anther member of our team but there will be times where you will be sole working

Ideally you will be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle but will also consider non drivers

This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others through dedicated community care. If you possess the necessary skills and qualities, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.

We offer contracted shifts for financial stability and fixed shift patterns to work around other commitments

Full training is provided which includes shadowing shifts (all paid) which is due to start w/c 16th June for two weeks

We pay 45p per mile driven from client to client

🌟 Every Day is a Care Day 🌟

This Bank Holiday weekend, while many enjoyed a well-earned rest, our dedicated care workers continued to show up with compassion, professionalism, and heart. ❤️

Care doesn’t take a day off — not for weekends, not for bank holidays, not even for national or religious events and celebrations. The people we support still need help every single day, and thanks to our incredible team, that help is always there.

To those at CHAPTER CARE and to all Social Care Workers out in our communities who worked through the weekend and today on Bank Holiday Monday — thank you. Your dedication truly makes a difference. 👏👏👏
