👋 Hello! We’re Hannah & Darryn — the faces behind Nutrition Zone, Roundswell (and yes, that’s Blue too 🐶).
We’re local to Barnstaple and wanted to properly introduce ourselves.
My background is in Sport and Exercise Science after studying at the University of Bath, followed by 18 years working as a Personal Trainer in London, Exeter, and then back home in Barnstaple.
Darryn spent years in London and travelling the world performing before eventually swapping life at sea for something a little closer to home.
We originally opened Nutrition Zone alongside the fitness studio we had because we could see people needed more support than workouts alone. As time went on, it became clear we could help even more people by going full time nutrition club — and we haven’t looked back since.
We absolutely love what we do. Helping people feel better, gain confidence, improve their health, and be part of a supportive local community is what gets us up every day.
