Here's a short story about Helen.

Helen is super fit and active, she loves her workouts and is in a great routine of getting all that done 💪🏻

What Helen didn't have, though, is structure for her nutrition!

This made her blood sugars out of whack, depleted her energy levels, and made her feel like she wasn't in as good a shape physically as she had been before.

BUT NOW THAT'S CHANGED! 👏🏻👏🏻

Just like she's got structure with her exercise, she has now got the same with her nutrition since coming to our club too ✔️✔️✔️

The results on the whiteboard show a big drop in body fat and visceral fat, a loss in centimetres and weight, she's gained muscle % and is 9 years younger!

What's also very valuable is the extra energy she has for her after work! No more quick sofa naps!

Like everything else this lady sets to mind to this Marathon will be conquered !

This is Katie.
She is one of our Junior partners at club.
What does this mean ?
Very simply put it means she has made a commitment to opening up her own Nutrition Club and to helping as many local people as she possibly can to live healthier and happier lives.

Katie is a massive part of the reason why we have been able to positively affect in the region of 500 hundred people (so far) in the North Devon area.

We are only just getting started and this lady is on a mission !

She will be opening up a brand new Bideford based club in the not too distant future.

She never ceases to surprise and impress whether it’s introducing circuits to her weekly routine or completing bonkers challenges……..things that seemed out of reach just a short time ago.
