I needed a reboot! Do you?

Today, I met up with my lovely friend and colleague for a catch up and Reflexology and Reiki swap! Even as a therapist I don't give myself time often enough and today was well over due.... But boy was it worth the wait!! Thank you lovely lady!
If it's about time to give yourself a reboot that really impacts how you feel get in touch! Some appointments available over the Easter holidays.

Reflexology is a wonderful complementary therapy that supports relaxation, balance and well being - it is accessible for all, no matter who you are and what your experience of complementary therapies is.
