Today was pure festive magic! ✨

Thank you to the 800 participants who came along today to kick off their Christmas with our 10th Santas on the Run at the Eden Project. 🎅

With plenty of snow, dancing, laughter, mince pies and INCREDIBLE costumes… it has been the most wonderful day. ❄️🥧

The event has raised a record breaking (and counting!) £42,000. This is all thanks to those who return year on year. 💚

Today couldn’t have happened without the 100 dedicated volunteers, sponsors and venue hosts. ❤️

🎄Carols by Candlelight is back! Join us for an evening of Christmas carols, merriment and celebration at 6pm on Saturday 13 December at Bideford Pannier Market.🎶

🎵 Enjoy beautiful performances from Bideford Town Band and St Mary’s Primary School Choir, inspiring Christmas readings, and take a moment to light a candle in memory of someone special. 🕯️

🎅 Father Christmas will be making a special appearance, and you can warm up with mince pies, mulled wine and delicious food from North Devon Hog Roast!

🎫 Admission is free, and every donation on the night will help us provide vital care and support to babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families this Christmas and beyond. 💚

Little Harbour had a magical visit from Enchantment Cornwall-reindeer and friends this week 💚🌟

They brought along some rather special furry friends to the hospice… 2 reindeer! 🦌

Harry and Luna had the best time with Santa’s helpers, giving them some scratches and feeding them special Scandinavian moss! 😁

The very best diet to prep for a busy night on Christmas Eve! 💪

Yesterday was simply the most magical day, we couldn’t have wished for better! 🎅✨

Thank you to everyone that joined us at Plym Valley Railway for Santas on the Run, our first time bringing this much loved event to Plymouth. 🚂

There were songs, stories, laughter, a magical train ride, plenty of treats and endless smiles along the festive 3k route. 🍬😊

The event has raised an amazing £16,000 and counting and that is all thanks to those who took part.❤️

🎄CHSW was delighted to be chosen by Barnstaple Town Council to switch on the Barnstaple Christmas lights last night, as part of our celebrations of 30 years of care at Little Bridge House. 💚

The evening began with interviewing Kay, one of our longest standing members of our Care Team. One of our amazing families then had the honour of hitting the giant button to light up Barnstaple which was followed by a moving performance of 'Last Christmas' from Vanessa, a bereaved sibling, singing in memory of her brother. 🌟

The festive fun was in full flow all night with Father Christmas and his elves at our grotto by , beautifully crafted by supporter Nick Bathurst 🎁

👏 A huge thank you to our incredible volunteers for all your hard work, and to our generous supporters RGB Building Supplies Barnstaple, Just Trio Barnstaple, Tesco Extra Barnstaple Community, Roundswell, and Tapi Carpets & Floors Barnstaple for donating gifts and supplies to make this event truly magical. 💫 And of course, a special shout-out to dryrobe for keeping our team warm and cosy throughout!

It was great to see the community come together to celebrate, thank you to everyone who made it so special. 💚
