Waking up stiff and sore most mornings? You are not imagining it.
There is a simple reason your back feels tight first thing and it starts with what your spine does overnight. When we lie still for hours, the discs in the spine draw in fluid, which makes everything feel a little heavier and less flexible when you get up. Add in a twisted sleep position or a mattress that is not giving you much support and your back can feel stuck before the day even begins.
Sharon has put together a few gentle stretches you can do morning and night to help your spine warm up, ease stiffness and move more comfortably ☀️
