Got a real Christmas tree? We'll take it off your hands! 🎄
Drop it off at our gardening compound at the bottom of our hospice car park between 8am-6pm from Monday 29th December until Monday 12th January. We'll recycle it into mulch to help our gardens thrive in 2026 🌼

There will be lots of festive fun and a visit from Santa himself!
These cafés are also a safe and supportive place to discuss a dementia diagnosis, get answers from healthcare professionals, make new friends, and feel more confident.
