A friendly and professional beauty & holistic salon. I have been a beauty and holistic therapist for nearly 20 years.

Heather has over 25 years in the industry specialising in Massage Therapy, Angelic Reiki, Bowen Technique and Beauty Treatments. I feel blessed to love my job as much as I do. I take a very holistic approach to my work, and pride myself on ensuring all clients feel welcomed and relaxed even before the treatment starts. I have always used high quality products to help provide a real luxury experience.

I have just had a place become available for my next Angelic Reiki course which is taking place during the week rather than at the weekend. So if you have been thinking about training in THE MOST beautiful and rewarding treatment then please get on contact asap.

The course will be taking place on: Monday 2nd March 10-1pm
Tuesday 3rd March 10 - 4 pm
Wednesday 4th March 10-4pm

You will be taught...
🙏🏻How to give an Angelic Reiki treatment to others using Angels and Ascended Masters
🙏🏻How to do self healing
🙏🏻Distant healing
🙏🏻Past life healing

I also teach you lots of extras, things that use within my treatments to enable you to go on and provide a wonderful treatment for clients confidently.

At the end you will receive a certificate under the Angelic Reiki Association for your Level 1 & 2.

It really is a fantastic few days filled with connection, nurture and fun.

I totally believe this wonderful piece of wisdom and try to remember it whenever I need to, whether that be when I encounter someone whose energy is just not on the same page as mine, or the appreciation and gratitude for someone I cherish dearly.

Slowly, slowly I am learning more about what I need. This year is about 'GROWTH' for me, for some reason I am not feeling the word 'CHANGE', I want to 'evolve' in terms of my skills, my mindset and all other ways that present themselves along my path, always trying to be the best version of myself on that day.
These are just a few ways that can help us all. I think it's pretty wise words.

Another wonderful weekend teaching these 2 beauties THE most beautiful treatment in the world, Angelic Reiki.

It was such a pleasure spending this precious time with them, watching them grow in confidence was magical. Both are naturally gifted and I am so excited to see where they go with it. Many people out there I know are going to benefit from their Angelic healing hands.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE, ESPECIALLY FOR THE MASSAGE, BEAUTY, HEALING AND HOLISTIC INDUSTRY 💜

STOP AND PAUSE ….More than ever we need to be in balance, in our industry it’s so important to make sure we look after ourselves FIRST - this is NOT selfish, it’s ‘self-full’ because how can you look after others, if you are depleted yourself?

What do you do and have in place, to put your mind, body and soul first?

I take Wednesday’s off, I give things away for free (as it’s not all about what you get, rather than what you can share and give away for free, from the heart that really matters) saying no more often, not overwhelming yourself and stop justifying your decisions and surround yourself with positive people who care about you and support you in balance with each other.

If you come from the heart, it doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks or says about you, as they are only often looking at things from their blinkered perspective of lack, control, criticism, fear, anger or negativity.

You shouldn’t have to try and push water 💦 up a hill with a fork, life should be one of heart connection and collaboration, helping to lift each other up without depleting anyone’s energies.

This is what I personally feel is important, in our crazy stressful lives that we all lead, we all need to understand the power in the pause and listen to our gut instincts and be kind.
