Chillblains (cold, red, swollen, bruised, blistering and/or itchy toes) aren’t fun!

Here are some of the right things to
PREVENT chilblains:
- keeping your feet at a constant moderate to warm temperature
- not going from cold to warm and vice versa (e.g. hot water bottle, hot shower on cold feet)
- wearing wool socks
- wearing clean warm non slip slippers
- staying active with movement to your feet to keep them warm

As you are probably aware the Covid 19 figures are up in our corner of the county. Just as a gentle reminder, if you display any Covid 19 symptoms please call us to rearrange your appointment. To help us orchestra patient flow and our reception space please do not arrive too early for your appointment, a few minutes before is fine and cuts down face-to-face contact with other patients. Masks must be worn please (unless medically exempt). If you don’t have one, we can provide you with one. Hand sanitizer is always available for use on entering and exiting.
