“Being the lightest he’s been in 30 years is incredible — but hearing the emotion in Richard’s voice when he talks about turning his health around is something else entirely.

He didn’t just turn his weight around.
He turned his health, his mindset, and his future around.

And for me…
these are the moments that make my job worthwhile.
Watching someone realise they can do it. Watching confidence come back. Watching a person stand taller — not because of the scales, but because of the pride they’ve earned.
