Cafe Team Wanted – Bojangles at Resto-Haus

Bojangles is opening in Spring 2026, and we’re looking for great people to join our team.

Based in Roundswell, Barnstaple, beside Resto-Haus - home of classic Volkswagens, this new venue café is relaxed, friendly, and quality-driven. We’re building a dependable, enthusiastic team that takes pride in good food, smooth service, and a clean, organised kitchen.

Chef / Cook:
You’ll be responsible for preparing and delivering a simple, well-executed menu. You’ll work closely with the Café Manager to maintain food quality, kitchen organisation, stock control, and hygiene standards. Experience in a professional kitchen is required, but attitude, vibe and reliability matter just as much as skill.

Kitchen Porters:
You’ll support the kitchen team by keeping the workspace clean, organised, and running smoothly. Washing up, basic prep, and helping maintain hygiene standards are key parts of the role. Experience handy, but not necessary — just energy, reliability, and a willingness to be a part of the team.

Front of House staff:
We’re looking for warm, outgoing Front of House staff to greet customers, take orders, serve food and drinks, and keep the café running smoothly. If you’re friendly, organised, and enjoy chatting with people, you’ll fit right in.

With all these positions, we’re looking for:

• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Reliability and good time-keeping
• Ability to work calmly during busy periods
