Both on and off the scales, she’s making amazing progress. 🙌
She’s feeling less bloated, sleeping better, has more energy, and is snacking on far fewer crisps (her absolute fave!). She even turned down prosecco — and feels incredible for it! 🍾✨

What a journey 🙌 Marcus has completely turned his health around and the results are nothing short of inspirational 💯🔥
