Monday 20 April. Motorists will be able to access the car park from Bear Street and the new entrance at Alexandra Road while the works are taking place. Further details here:

I recently visited the BodyWorlds exhibition. I realise that it wouldn’t be for everyone, but from an anatomy point of view it is amazing. Of all the exhibits, my favourite were the blood vessels. This picture shows the blood vessels of the heart. I think it’s beautiful. ❤️

Can we talk about bunions... Most of you that see me, will know that I love working with feet. They are often such a neglected part of our bodies and respond really well to some hands on help. Working with feet, I notice that bunions are a really common problem and we often think that there isn't much that we can do about them.

I didn't know that World Spine Day was a thing. Most days are spine days for me though :).
I thought I'd share this so that you can think about your spine today too 🙌

Today is World Spine Day. In England, 34% of adults live with chronic pain - many from back pain.

We must reduce long waits for specialist treatment and ensure MSK patients have access to multi-disciplinary MSK professionals delivering integrated, high-quality care to tackle chronic pain effectively.

Just back from four days of continuing professional development in Sunny Scotland (it was warmer there than at home!). This course was all about the organs of the digestive system and how we can treat the gut using osteopathy.
