Chris came in with lower back, hip & adductor pain after a heavy week of training.

Tight. Restricted. Compensating through movement. Treatment included targeted sports massage and functional cupping therapy to:

This morning's sports massage session focused on an MMA athlete dealing with anterior shoulder pain.

MMA demands strong, explosive shoulders but repeated striking, grappling, and clinch work can overload the anterior shoulder.

We worked on:
• Releasing tight pecs and anterior deltoid
• Reducing tension through the biceps tendon
• Improving scapular control for better punching mechanisms

Result: improved mobility, reduced discomfort and better shoulder function heading into training.

In fight camp, recovery isn’t optional — it’s part of the game.
