Had a quiet (thankfully) but tiring day providing medical cover for the Paisley 10k and 3k fun run. Weather was a bit of a pain but it didn't stop the runners having a ball. Thank you to all the team that helped keep everyone safe.

These guys at Ardgowan Trout Fishery have helped us out on many occasions, from transport for disabled groups to a simple hot chocolate on wet windy days. Foods great and staff are great, maybe we could help them out by giving them our vote.

We've went from snow last week to fog this week! It never stood in the way of our training with Gryffe High School though. Well done everyone!!

A bit chilly for our training with Gryffe High last week. Even so the guys managed to improve on the class room navigation. Well done to all involved, even the school staff learned something new. Thanks to Ardgowan Trout Fishery for the hot chocolates.
