Starting this Sunday at 10:30 AM, we offer a FREE gentle meditation session designed to help you unwind, calm your mind, and find stillness in your week.

These sessions are perfect if you’re feeling stressed, anxious, or simply need a moment to breathe and reset.

In the last few years, our brand has altered and we have championed a different way of thinking in the fitness industry. Unlike traditional large fitness companies where there is no personal touch. We believe that at DS Fitness Centre this is not enough! We are striving to keep the personal approach to all our customers and create a community like atmosphere along with ensuring our customers still have a valuable experience. Whilst delivering the latest and best fitness classes, results driven and effective gym programs, sound weight loss and nutrition advice, we believe you will leave feeling on top of the world!

After years of working hard to build a brand that is unique and personal I have decided to alter the structure of the company from “DS fitness Centre” so let me now introduce you to ‘The DS Fitness Centre Method’
