Clients notice

Over the last few weeks, I've had a lot of people cancelling less than 24 hours' notice or just not showing up for their appointments

This is a reminder I need 24 hours' notice as I can't fill a gap with 2 hours' notice. I understand plans and circumstances do change, and I do take that into consideration.

Going forward, i feel I may need to start taking appointment deposits as it's really starting to become a joke now.

I will review this situation over the next few weeks and update when I feel it's the right time.

Being self-employed is hard as I dont know where my next pay packet will be coming from. we all have bills to pay, and with xmas coming, we all need the money.

Im not one for ranting or moaning but these last few weeks of no shows and late cancellation have really taken it toll on me and I feel I need to start putting my foot down on them more then ever now. How would you like going to work and your boss saying oh sorry we won't be paying you today as we haven't the funds." So you won't work for free, so why should us self-employed people have to do the same.
