To say thank you - we wanted to give a little birthday gift to all of you who have been following our journey but might not have given us a go yet!

Did you know we have a POWER PARENTS class every Tuesday 9:30am?

This class is led by fully qualified pre and post natal instructor Holly- and creates a safe space for new parents to come and get back into exercise again. And no child care is needed - as you bring them along to the session with you 🫶🏻

The little ones love our fancy lights 🌈

We cap the numbers at 5 - as we want the space to feel calm, educational and friendly - but a few of our babies are graduating soon (-aka - mums are going back to work 😭) … so if you are interested - now is a great time to get in touch.
