After a very busy last two days, the clinic is now closed for Christmas to allow time to be spent with family and to rest, reset, and recharge.

WORLD REFLEXOLOGY WEEK 2025

Today marks the start of World Reflexology Week 2025. Reflexology is a wonderful holistic, whole person approach to health and well being. It aims to restore balance/ equilibrium within the body and restore harmony. It promotes physical and mental/ emotional good health and wellbeing.
