Are you a health or wellness practitioner, tattoo artist, facialist or aesthetician looking for your own independent clinic space, in a supportive friendly environment? We are a hub of different health and wellbeing businesses in the heart of Barry providing a calm professional and safe setting and a shared waiting/ reception area.

We have a nearly refurbished good sized unfurnished therapy room (just under 4m by 4m in size) available to rent on a full time sole occupancy basis. The room comes unfurnished and would suit a healthcare practitioner, alternative health practitioner, tattoo artist, barber or aesthetician. There is the option to add a sink to the room if required.

Rent is inclusive of all bills, Internet access and refreshments and available to rent for £400pcm. That's less than £100 a week!

And to help you settle in we are offering 50% OFF the first month's rent.

The room is independently rated for business rates but qualifies for 100% small business rate relief meaning you pay no extra. You will have your own keys and be free to access your room as and when you need to 24/7.
