UPDATE 2: We are now back up and running. Please bare with us as we have a lot of work to catch up on. If you are not in desperate need of your prescription, please consider calling in tomorrow for it.

UPDATE: We have been informed by BT that this could carry on until 15-12-25. We have contacted the Director of customer services and Senior technical and executive complaints manager. We are currently awaiting replies.
If you have received a text message we are able to hand out your completed prescription. We are able to sell over the counter preparations.
We are not able to process/dispense prescriptions, carry out independent prescribing appointments, common ailment scheme requests, answer our phones or administer flu Vaccinations.
Again, we are sorry, but this is completely out of our control. Please be patient with us, we really are trying put best.
We are currently experiencing issues with our broadband. Our phone lines and internet connection, which run through BT, are having problems and this is affecting our work. We are unable to dispense medication without the internet connection.
We are trying to contact BT but they aren't accepting phone calls for faults/issues. We are waiting to for them to reply on web chat to help us resolve the issue.
