Physical Finesse Physiotherapy, Reformer Pilates & Sports Massage Practice Physical Finesse is an entirely Physiotherapy led practice, founded from a passion for movement.

Whether it be during our 1-2-1 reformer Pilates sessions or during our Physiotherapy appointments, our focus is always on facilitating mindful, corrective movement patterns that are designed to empower you to live a healthier, more sustainable life. - First Class Honours Degree in Physiotherapy
- Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist
- TEN trained Dynamic Reformer Pilates Instructor
- Level 3 Personal Trainer
- Level 2 Gym Instructor

Dan's qualifications include:

- Upper Second Class Honours Degree in Physiotherapy
- TEN trained Dynamic Reformer Pilates Instructor
- Upper Second Class Honours Degree in Sports Science

Physical Finesse began when Hannah recognised a gap in the way physiotherapy was being delivered. She saw how limited time during appointments, long waiting lists, and rushed practitioners within the NHS were leaving people feeling unheard, resulting in a lack of motivation, & therefore, engagement with their rehab programmes. She wanted to create a space where care feels personal, calm, and truly centred around the individual. She genuinely wanted to give people TIME. That’s when Physical Finesse was born 🤍

Reformer Pilates came slightly later, after seeing just how powerful a rehabilitation tool the reformer is, when used in the treatment of injuries.
Outside of the studio, Hannah is currently enjoying life with her 6-month-old son while easing her way back into Pilates.

She really is the heart of Physical Finesse and everything we do here☺️✨

Meet Harriet 🤍

Harriet is the friendly face behind the scenes at Physical Finesse, supporting all things admin and helping the studio run smoothly day to day.

Reformer Pilates holds a special place for Harriet; it’s the only form of exercise she’s been able to do consistently without flaring up her chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia. She really is proof that movement can be supportive, adaptable, and life-enhancing when it’s done the right way.

Some days you can execute intermediate and advanced moves, other days a gentle approach is better.

Perhaps a certain move doesn’t feel right for your body; that’s also okay!

There’s no right way to ‘do Pilates’, as long as you’re moving in a way that fills you with joy and feels right ☺️
