Physical Finesse Physiotherapy, Reformer Pilates & Sports Massage Practice Physical Finesse is an entirely Physiotherapy led practice, founded from a passion for movement.

Whether it be during our 1-2-1 reformer Pilates sessions or during our Physiotherapy appointments, our focus is always on facilitating mindful, corrective movement patterns that are designed to empower you to live a healthier, more sustainable life. Physical Finesse has been built from a genuine desire to help individuals connect with, use, and understand their bodies better. Hannah & the team work to encourage people to make positive lifestyle changes, in turn feeling happier, healthier and more fulfilled. Hannah's qualifications include;

- First Class Honours Degree in Physiotherapy
- Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist
- TEN trained Dynamic Reformer Pilates Instructor
- Level 3 Personal Trainer
- Level 2 Gym Instructor

Dan's qualifications include:

- Upper Second Class Honours Degree in Physiotherapy
- TEN trained Dynamic Reformer Pilates Instructor
- Upper Second Class Honours Degree in Sports Science

Meet our founder, Hannah (part 1!) 🤍

Hannah founded Physical Finesse after seeing first-hand the need for a calmer, more personal physiotherapy space; one where people feel listened to, supported, and never rushed.

Through her work, Hannah fell in love with the powerful connection between physiotherapy and reformer Pilates, particularly the way thoughtful, corrective movement can support long-term recovery from injuries.

What began as a solo physio practice has grown into a small, community-led studio offering physio-led reformer Pilates and personalised care, all built on the belief that movement should feel good, purposeful, and accessible to everyone.

As many will know, she’s been away for a little while raising her little boy, but she’s excited to be stepping back into the studio very soon…✨

It’s about time we formally introduced Tola!

Our talented physiotherapist and reformer Pilates instructor, who has truly held down the fort while Hannah has been on maternity leave, and we’re very happy to say she won’t be going anywhere soon!

With a background in Physiotherapy, Tola brings a wealth of knowledge to every class, ensuring each movement is purposeful, supportive, and tailored to the people in front of her. Her calm, encouraging approach helps clients feel confident, safe, and genuinely cared for, and we couldn’t be happier to have her as part of the team.
