It’s a Meet the team Monday with a difference - it’s a Meet most of the team Monday!
We’ve had a fantastic day of staff training, ready to return to the practices tomorrow full of lots of ideas and positivity as to how best to continue to serve our fabulous patients.
Lots to digest and work on, but also lots of fun to get everyone together in 1 space to catch up and plan.

Happy Monday! - for today’s Meet the team, it’s time to introduce the newest recruit to our fantastic dispensing team - Ben.
Ben may have only joined Arbuthnots earlier in 2026, but he brings with him 20 years of experience in the optical world. Alongside his extensive dispensing knowledge, Ben is passionate about providing excellent customer service.
When not working hard, Ben is an enthusiastic biker - and will happily chat motorbikes with any other bikers. He also enjoys practising a bit of bread making in his spare time (lucky us!).
