Over the last six weeks, she has trained with real determination, embracing every aspect of her learning with a values-based, person-centred approach.
She has successfully passed all elements of her training, demonstrating not only the knowledge required, but the behaviours and attitudes that Social Care Wales emphasises – respect, compassion, dignity, curiosity, and a genuine desire to promote people’s wellbeing.
Now fully active in her role, Meg is supporting our clients in a truly wonderful way. She delivers care that is warm, attentive and empowering, always focusing on what matters to the person. She listens, she supports independence, and she consistently upholds high standards of safe and compassionate practice.
Her growth over these weeks has been remarkable, and she is already making a positive difference to the lives of the people she cares for.
