This week was truly special for one of our residents Melody who enjoyed a swim with her daughter for an extra special Christmas present from her daughter.
Seeing the smiles , laughter and joy on their faces was the perfect gift.
We are grateful we could help make their Christmas extra special this year, making new memories together. ♥️🎄

Thank you so much to everyone at Pencoedtre High School for the lovely Christmas Hampers donated to our home. It was very much appreciated and brought much joy to our residents living within the home. Your kindness and thoughtfulness has truly made our Christmas feel extra special 🎄🌟
