I’ve gained some new followers & I’ve also been very busy with new goals & projects, so I thought I’d introduce myself & let you know what’s new at Karma!

I’m Mel a Somatic yoga Yin/Yang yoga teacher.
I teach Yoga classes every Monday 10am - 1130am at Cemetery approach Barry,

I also hold monthly Somatic Yoga Workshops in Barry.

I’m also a Reiki therapist,Reflexologist & deep tissue massage therapist.
I offer treatments, Tuesday till 8pm, Wednesday till 8pm & Thursday till 5pm You can message me to book in.

I hold day Reiki & yoga retreats in Barry, Goddess circles & 6 night Retreats breaks in Ibiza every June & October.

I absolutely love living in Barry,practicing yoga,music,Being in nature & connecting with my friends & family.

I have a 32 year old awesome daughter called Lauren who I love & adore !
Love My man & I’ve been married for 33 years !
I really Love my Family, yoga & Reiki students, Goddesses & love my soul sister community !

I have a new Rescue puppy called Red from who’s had a tough start in life.
He’s high energy but adorable !
